Lead QA Engineer

Inspiren's technology is poised to revolutionize how care is delivered in hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities through innovative technology. We're now seeking a Lead QA Engineer with expertise in test automation to be part of our ambitious mission. As a Lead QA Engineer at Inspiren, you'll be at the heart of our multidisciplinary teams, working closely with and influencing hardware developers, software developers, project managers, and stakeholders at all levels in our hands-on, heads-up working model. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring we provide great quality products. Conduct & orchestrate comprehensive manual testing of web/mobile applications and on-device software to identify bugs, defects, and user experience issues. Develop/incrementally improve test plans, test cases, and execute test scenarios to ensure product functionality and reliability. Utilize expertise in automated testing to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for end-to-end (e2e) & on-device testing. Collaborate with the development team to integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
