Director, Product Management - Commerce Experience

As the Director of Product Management - Commerce Experiences, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for our customer-facing commerce experiences. You will lead cross-functional teams to build world-class experiences for customer account management, invoicing, billing, inventory management, and license management. Your work will directly support our customers’ experiences in doing business with Samsara - improving this will drive customer satisfaction and business growth. In this role, you will: Define Strategy, Build New Experiences, Drive Impact, Build, Develop, and Lead teams, and Champion Our Principles. The minimum Requirements for the role include Proven experience leading product teams, managing multiple teams and product portfolios, driving product strategy, understanding of customer account management, billing, and exceptional communication and leadership skills.
