AI Consultant - Pharmacovigilance/Safety Systems Implementation

Role Overview:

• Advise drug safety clients on AI strategy and governance for Vault Safety.
• Partner with clients to establish validation frameworks for AI agents.
• Design monitoring dashboards to track AI performance in safety case management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute workshops and lead customer discussions on safety process optimization.
• Lead gap analyses, solution design, and customer training for AI implementations.
• Ensure overall customer success and value realization throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in AI consulting within strictly regulated environments.
• Ability to quickly learn complex domains like pharmacovigilance.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
