Technical Writer

About this role:

• You'll be creating documentation for a technically sophisticated security platform.
• This means working with complex systems, offensive security concepts, and enterprise deployment scenarios.
• You'll own content strategy across your domain and help establish how we document.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with product managers to define content strategy for new releases.
• Create technical documentation including API docs, integration guides, tutorials, troubleshooting guides, and reference materials.
• Test and validate what you document by running code examples, calling APIs, and reproducing scenarios yourself.

What You've Done:

• Written technical documentation for developer, security, or enterprise admin audiences.
• Documented complex technical concepts for multiple skill levels, from beginners to experts.
• Tested and used the products you documented through hands-on experience.
