Responsibilities:
- Identifying construction defect claim exposures and ensuring timely and accurate reserves.
- Assessing insurance coverage issues and opportunities for risk transfer.
- Ensuring appropriate investigation of the underlying facts and circumstances is carried out.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in managing or litigating Construction Defect commercial liability claims.
- Possesses a high level of technical claim and legal knowledge and skills.
- Ability to professionally interact at a high level with parties both internal and external to AmTrust.
