Job Description
Manage community communications across multiple channels and provide proactive support, including jump on calls when needed. Leverage AI tools to streamline communication processes and maintain high-quality engagement with community members. Identify and implement communication improvements, handling time-sensitive requests. Coordinate community programs, track their success, and support pre-event promotion and post-event processing. Maintain community data and documentation, process member requests and updates, and support community metrics tracking. Assist with special projects as needed.
