Responsibilities:
- Manage the adverse action pipeline, ensuring compliance with ECOA and timely notice issuance.
- Review and respond to compliance help desk tickets, providing accurate guidance and escalation.
- Prepare audit-ready loan files and support documentation for regulatory reviews.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of residential mortgage laws including TILA, TRID, RESPA, and ECOA.
- Experience with Encompass LOS, Mavent, and ticketing systems like Freshdesk.
- Excellent written communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
