Senior Engineering Manager

What You'll Do:

• Coach and develop engineers, setting clear expectations and fostering accountability.
• Partner with Product and Design to shape priorities and surface risks early.
• Hold a high bar for engineering craft and reliability for live, in-game workflows.

Who You Are:

• 4+ years leading engineering teams and 6+ years of software development experience.
• Technical depth in one or more areas of our stack, engaging credibly in architecture conversations.
• Active in developing AI fluency and maintaining high judgment and ownership.
