FP&A Analyst (Remote - Work from Anywhere)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This role will provide critical support in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, contributing to the strategic decision-making process. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in accounting, strong problem-solving & analytical skills, a passion for data, and a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions. Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, including variance analysis and performance dashboards. Support the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasting tools. Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed. Assist in the preparation of business cases for new initiatives and investments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure data accuracy. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
