Early Years Product Specialist

Core Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business processes, user journeys, and statutory requirements for Early Years Funding.
• Translate policy and operational needs into product requirements, acceptance criteria, and solution options.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure shared understanding and support agile delivery.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Early Years Funding processes, including eligibility, applications, and payments.
• Proven experience in a product or software delivery environment, with strong process analysis and modeling skills.
• Ability to write clear, testable user stories and facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholders.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to explain complex processes to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical and user-focused mindset, committed to delivering meaningful improvements.
• Collaborative and pragmatic, comfortable working in multidisciplinary agile teams.
