Solution Architect

The Solution Architect for the Enterprise Systems Technology Solutions team is responsible for creating technology solution designs, and defining the 'why and how' that drives solution success. They will select the right products and features that maximize business value in alignment with the overall technology strategy. The architect defines innovative, scalable, and resilient solutions aligned with business and technology roadmaps, and champions group standards and policies to ensure successful delivery. This role will collaboratively partner to identify the human elements of change required and communicate what is changing, how change supports a better future, build knowledge of how and desire to change, and enable and reinforce adoption of the change with senior leaders, managers, and employees.
