The Product Partner Manager will manage a portfolio of strategic product partners integrated into ChowNow's APIs, enhancing relationships and identifying opportunities to increase revenue. This role acts as a key point of contact for partners, establishing regular meetings and implementing a top-tier support model. Responsibilities include business planning, program execution, supporting sales forecasting, partner enablement, marketing, reporting, pipeline management, quarterly business reviews, and product roadmaps. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with various teams, including Product, Marketing, Design, Sales Enablement, Restaurant Success, Legal, Finance, Data, and Customer Support, to support partners and maximize opportunities. This includes building and maintaining a feedback loop with stakeholders and acting as the partner's voice to internal teams.
