Responsibilities:
- Own support cases end-to-end, including investigation, communication, resolution, and follow-up for complex technical issues.
- Troubleshoot issues across application behavior, data, integrations, and system usage, documenting cases and contributing to knowledge bases.
Proactive Monitoring:
- Proactively monitor system health and availability using established tools, responding to alerts in coordination with TechOps.
- Support and validate infrastructure changes like maintenance windows and releases to prevent negative client impact.
Collaboration & Skills:
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and TechOps teams to resolve issues and improve product stability.
- Utilize advanced SQL skills, strong English communication, and experience with .NET applications on Azure for effective support.
