Job Description
This role will develop and manage communication plans for HR initiatives, prioritize communication requests, and identify opportunities for communication integration across different HR functions. You will also manage the communication aspects related to outcomes and initiatives stemming from the Organizational Health Survey (OHS) each year, tracking and communicating progress. Furthermore, you will lead the coordination and seamless delivery of complex, cross-cutting HR communication initiatives, manage timelines, and stakeholder expectations. This position requires serving as a Communications SME to HR leaders, building strong relationships with HR stakeholders, and facilitating regular communication and synchronization meetings. You will also address branding and marketing communication needs for Talent Acquisition initiatives, collaborate with the Corporate Communication Media Manager and address gaps in onboarding communications with relevant teams.
