Administrator De Novo

Responsibilities:

• Leads and support the assimilation, hiring, and training process.
• Laison throughout a transition between the de novo team and local employees.
• Implements Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software and company culture.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse and able to travel 75% or more per year.
• Must have experience in health service administration with at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
• Must have knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines.

Education and Experience:

• Complies with state regulations for administrator training.
• Requires specific degrees and supervisory experience (varies by state).
• May require administrator license or continuing education units.
