Job Description
The Systems Engineer designs and implements complex systems in Corporate, Operational Technology, and customer environments. They ensure integration, provide support, and troubleshoot issues while working with cross-functional teams to enhance infrastructure performance and reliability. You will offer senior IT support and align IT with business goals, deliver technical support, perform pre-sales, and ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities include handling internal and external project-based work, working on cybersecurity, process improvements, automation, and operational projects. Serve as an escalation point for the service desk team and conduct project scoping and risk assessment.
To be successful, you will have expert level experience in IT Services and a strong understanding of Cybersecurity and Vulnerability management. Proficiency with tools like ThreatLocker, Blackpoint, ImmyBot, Cisco Duo, Cisco Umbrella, Cisco Meraki, PowerShell scripting and automation, Azure VMs, Server RDS farms, and Veeam Backups is essential. Automation (REWST) and Microsoft Flow skills are a plus. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional communication, problem-solving, and cognitive thinking skills, understanding business beyond just IT, ability to assess risks and take initiative, work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects and be customer-focused.
