Lead Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of software engineers through effective one-on-ones and feedback.
• Own your team's delivery, breaking down work and coordinating across teams.
• Hold the team to a high quality bar of production code and drive design decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent, 8+ years of experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate.
• 3+ years leading engineers, with experience in AWS services like ECS and DynamoDB.
• Deep understanding of transactional database design and improving existing systems.
