The Sleep Coach role involves conducting outbound calls to patients with the aim of facilitating CPAP supply reorders.
The scope of this role includes actively promoting and selling CPAP equipment, ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and retention through effective outreach and relationship building. Applicants must be customer-focused and have the ability to multi-task.
Key responsibilities include contacting assigned patients quarterly to facilitate CPAP supply reorders with the goal of achieving a 50% reorder rate while ensuring patients' continued compliance and satisfaction. The coach will promote the sale of replacement masks, cushions, seals, and filters. Maintaining professionalism in all patient interactions is paramount, ensuring prompt voicemail returns within two hours and adhering to high standards of phone etiquette. Maintaining accurate patient records, including insurance details, is a must.
