Job Description
Provide hands on management to your team and maintain a high bar of technical excellence through code reviews, goal setting and 1 on 1 feedback. Own the overall quality of the services in your area of ownership through effective prioritization and management of the technical backlog. Partner closely with product managers and stakeholders on scope, sizing and prioritization to maximize the on-time delivery of business value. Orchestrate cross-team planning for complex, multi-scrum team features. Maintain active engagement from your team and encourage a culture of creative problem solving as well as a bias towards action. Boost engineering productivity through ownership of the SDLC, coding standards, and best practices. Act as a technical and cultural leader for the engineering team.
