ACH Manager

Overview:

• Lead strategic and day to day operations in the ACH area to include ACH Originations, ACH Exceptions/Risk Management.
• Ensure optimal processing processes and technology solutions that provide a high level of quality, and delivery to our company's Consumer and Commercial Customers.
• Lead continuous improvement practices for new and existing processing protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Direct operations of all support functions to ensure maximum operating efficiency and effectiveness including but not limited to customer support, operations, risk and compliance
• Develop, implement, and manage the overall operational strategy for the business unit, evaluate workflow, create and drive alternative process approaches, and evaluate to discover opportunities for increased efficiencies
• Recruit, develop, mentor, lead and manage a high performing team that supports the overall growth and customer experience for the company, provide guidance and coaching to subordinate managers regarding employee management and development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience.
• 10 or more years Supervisory experience in Bank Operations.
• 5 or more years ACH Processing.
