About the Role:
- As a Lead Product Onboarding Manager, you will own the end-to-end onboarding experience for our largest and most strategic customers.
- You will become a trusted resource for clients, providing expert guidance on data migration, mapping, and optimization.
- You will drive process and tool innovation while mentoring other Product Onboarding Managers.
What You'll Do:
- Independently own communication with senior customer stakeholders and lead negotiation of scope and timeline changes.
- Review, analyze, interpret, and transform complex financial datasets for import into the Juniper Square platform.
- Build scalable AI workflows that transform processes and automate work across the team.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in fields leveraging complex financial data, such as investment banking or private markets operations.
- Proven success independently owning executive-level customer relationships and scope negotiations for enterprise accounts.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and experience with scripting languages like SQL and Python preferred.
