Technical Direction & Standards:
- Provide day‑to‑day technical leadership for ClaimCenter development activities, ensuring consistent implementation patterns.
- Establish and enforce Gosu, PCF, configuration, and integration standards aligned to best practices.
Hands-On Development & Review:
- Contribute hands‑on to complex ClaimCenter development tasks where advanced expertise is required.
- Perform code and configuration reviews for Gosu, PCFs, rules, data model changes, and integration logic.
Integration & Dependency Management:
- Lead technical implementation of ClaimCenter integrations using events, messaging, plugins, and batch/work queues.
- Coordinate with upstream and downstream system teams to resolve integration dependencies and sequencing issues.
