Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own the Sales & Service technology operating model, platform strategy, roadmap alignment, governance framework, and execution plan.
- Drive business process transformation across sales operations, lead-to-cash, quote-to-cash, PSA/Certinia, professional services delivery, finance handoffs, reporting, automation, and operational maturity.
- Facilitate executive, business process, architectural, technical, vendor, and delivery conversations to drive clear decisions and measurable outcomes.
