You will lead the Talent Acquisition technology as a Staff Product Manager. This role involves defining and driving the roadmap for DoorDashβs Talent Acquisition products, including high-volume frontline hiring and corporate requisition workflows. You will integrate third-party platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and custom-built tools to create cohesive experiences. You will focus on automation to reduce manual work, accelerate time-to-hire, and increase visibility into headcount and hiring pipelines. Partnering with Recruiting, IT, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance to define success, align stakeholders, and deliver high-quality solutions.
