System Manager of Epic Applications

The System Manager of Epic Applications is responsible for managing the Epic Certified Application Analysts, working with clinical subject matter experts (SMEs) to design, build, validate, test, optimize, and support the Epic system based on best practice methods. This role independently formulates and implements solutions to respond to customer requests, issues, and problems, meeting the health system's changing demands and priorities. The role will coordinate issues within their teams and escalate as appropriate. Involvement includes install planning and long-term support of Epic, effectively delegating projects and tasks to the team to ensure requirements are achieved.
