Job Description
Account Management:
- Manage core accounts and non-engaged businesses to achieve energy savings goals.
- Develop relationships with municipal government and utility leadership.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Efficiency Smart program offerings.
Customer Engagement:
- Develop strategic relationships at senior levels within customer base.
- Understand economic and business dynamics of assigned accounts.
- Communicate initiatives and program results to municipal utility clients.
Collaboration & Training:
- Collaborate with Efficiency Smart program staff to execute plans and maximize savings.
- Participate in ongoing individual and team training.
- Provide peer coaching to other Account Managers and VEIC staff.
