Job Description
Program Leadership and Oversight:
- Lead and direct customer relations, business, technical, and help desk teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate priorities and resources across multiple concurrent projects.
Program Execution and Management:
- Manage changes to project scope, cost, and schedule through established change control processes.
- Ensure all work complies with organizational policies, federal/industry standards, and security requirements.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, governance frameworks, risk registers, and communication plans.
Communication and Reporting:
- Develop and present meeting materials to customers and internal leadership.
- Provide routine status updates, performance metrics, and executive-level briefings to stakeholders.
- Facilitate working sessions to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and maintain delivery alignment.
