Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support global network connectivity across data centers, offices, cloud environments, and private network links.
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, firewall, and connectivity issues across first- and second-line support.
- Administer firewall configurations, including ACL changes, NAT rules, VPN checks, and related operational tasks.
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of professional experience in network engineering, network operations, or NOC support.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, VLANs, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major networking vendor such as Cisco, Arista, or Fortinet.
