Account Management:
- Own end-to-end success, from onboarding to renewal.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager and expertly guide partners during onboarding.
- Maintain communication with leaders to foster utilization and gather feedback.
Growth and Strategy:
- Proactively identify growth opportunities, initiate strategic conversations to expand adoption.
- Develop strategic account-based growth plans that consider potential risks.
- Partner closely with teams to drive renewals and identify account growth opportunities.
Expertise and Collaboration:
- Develop comprehensive expertise in BrainPOP's products.
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative strategies for leveraging internal tools.
- Communicate key observations to inform future product development.
