Deal Desk Analyst

The Deal Desk Analyst will support all commercial-related activities including deal structuring, pricing, contract creation, review and approval for quotes, and providing support to the Sales Field on AuditBoard’s quoting tools. Responsibilities include providing expert guidance to the Sales field and Customer Success, ensuring deals are structured and processed efficiently, reviewing contract terms, drafting contracts, and participating in testing and training. Independently drive efficiency and process improvements, supporting commercial projects as needed. Requires a 4-year college degree and 3 years of Deal Desk experience in a SaaS company. Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Windows, Excel, Word, SFDC and CPQ is preferred.
