Job Description

Join our technical support team as a Brainlab Support Specialist. You'll provide expert service, manage installations and maintenance, and support clinical staff—remotely from your home office. Independently perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of Brainlab systems (e.g. Loop X, Airo) at hospitals and clinical sites. Provide remote and on-site technical support, guiding clinical users through troubleshooting and system operation. Ensure optimal device functionality via diagnostics, upgrades, and proactive service checks. Act as a trusted advisor for our customers, fostering strong relationships and long-term satisfaction. Support product launches, coordinate setup, testing, and user onboarding. Document all service activities accurately and in compliance with quality standard. Collaborate with sales, engineering, clinical for customer experience.
