Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commission Analyst to join our Finance team to support the calculation, analysis, and reporting of sales commissions across the organization communicating with Sales, Finance, and HR teams. This role involves maintaining and updating an incentive compensation management tool and assisting in the annual and adhoc configuration of the system, validating incentive payments for 500+ employees across multiple departments on a monthly basis, and supporting audit processes. The role also includes designing annual plans and ad hoc spiff programs, analyzing incentives, building dashboards, supporting quarterly and annual commission cash and expense forecasts, and performing benchmark analysis.
