We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President of Global Industries & Solutions. This individual will serve as a critical partner to a dynamic, visionary executive leading one of the most strategic and fast-moving areas of our business. The ideal candidate anticipates needs, brings structure to complexity, and creates space for the SVP to focus on leading at scale. This is a high-impact role requiring exceptional judgment, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
In this role, you will Provide high-level administrative and strategic support, manage a complex calendar, coordinate global travel, prepare briefing materials, track action items, and serve as a liaison between the SVP and stakeholders. You will also partner with the Chief of Staff to support team operations, communications, and culture initiatives.
