Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst will support delivery of healthcare customer projects, with a focus on functional requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. This includes the creation of Functional Requirements Documents, user stories, use cases, process flows, and light data mapping activities (e.g., HL7 v2 to FHIR). Familiarity with FHIR, interoperability standards, and CMS mandates is a strong plus. The role is critical to successful implementations, working closely with developers, Solution Architects, Product Managers, and customer stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, leading process redesign, preparing documentation, and mentoring junior analysts.
