Job Description
As the AI Engagement Director, you will:
- Own outcomes for client engagements from design through delivery, ensuring program governance and risk mitigation.
- Guide the definition of AI strategy, operating models, and transformation roadmaps, translating AI capabilities into actionable plans.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, driving decision-making and shaping client investment priorities.
- Lead cross-functional squads across AI engineering, data, cloud, and change management.
- Contribute to best practices, playbooks, and reusable engagement models.
