Senior Full Stack Engineer, Enterprise, Feature Management

About the Job:

• The Enterprise team builds LaunchDarkly for customers who push it hardest—global banks, health systems, and Fortune 100 manufacturers.
• You will own features end to end, working in Go on the backend and TypeScript and React on the frontend.

What You'll Do:

• Own features from problem framing with PM and designer to technical design, implementation, and operational life.
• Design for enterprise constraints: permissions, audit, data residency, and degraded system behavior.
• Make LaunchDarkly manageable at fleet scale through public API and Terraform provider.

Who You Are:

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with full stack ability in Go, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience building for enterprise customers including multi-tenancy, roles, permissions, and audit logging.
