Job Description
Working closely with the Customer Success team, the People and Culture Business Partner will provide assistance and guidance to Dijital Team clients and team members, using technical and professional skills/knowledge, on a broad range of HR policies, programs and practices. The People and Culture Business Partners will be assigned team members by client/s and will work with these team members on day-to-day queries, onboarding, performance reviews and learning and development.
Responsibilities include being the first point of contact for assigned team members, conducting weekly one-on-one's, communicating feedback to the Customer Success team, and updating the HRIS, BambooHR. You'll champion the company's values, support onboarding, and assist with learning and development programs. Remuneration and benefits management, performance reviews, and HR projects are also key aspects of the role.
