- Participate in structured training classes covering insurance policies, claim processes, and systems.
- Work alongside experienced claim professionals to gain hands-on skills.
- Progress toward independent claim handling after 9-12 months.
Responsibilities:
- Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims.
- Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and third-party providers.
- Apply coverage and establish accurate scope of damages.
Work Environment:
- Remote work with travel to residential and commercial locations.
- Participation in Catastrophe Response Program for deployment.
- Must be able to climb ladders and access all areas of structures.
