Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Leadership: Deepen relationships, anticipate needs, and own adoption and value realization with Charles Schwab.
- Strategy & Execution: Translate client goals into actionable plans, lead zero-to-one initiatives, and balance long-term vision with near-term deliverables.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Serve as the voice of the customer in product roadmap discussions, navigate data sharing and legacy constraints, and influence internal priorities.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years in financial services or AI-powered wealth tech, with a mix of strategic account management, business strategy, and program/product leadership.
- Direct experience working with or within a multi-entity financial institution.
- Strong project and program management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level presentation development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA, CFPⓇ or related master's degree strongly preferred.
- Experience designing or implementing tax planning or financial planning workflows.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions within financial services.
