Job Description
Provide day-to-day operational support to the Android Operations Manager and Regional Managers, focusing on the Android Product Ecosystem within Best Buy and mobile carrier channels. Generate and compile reports to support the analysis of sales performance and operational efficiency related to Android products at Best Buy and mobile carriers. Assist in optimizing store visit schedules and routes for Field Sales Representatives and Sales Experts, improving efficiency and maximizing coverage. Maintain organized operational data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and easy access for the operations team. Support the implementation of operational processes and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of product programs within Best Buy and mobile carrier environments. Coordinate and distribute training materials and communications to Field Sales Representatives and Sales Experts promoting products. Serve as a key point of contact for operational inquiries related to sales initiatives. Contribute to problem-solving efforts by identifying operational challenges and proposing potential solutions.
