Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated and resourceful Technical Sourcer to help us identify and engage top-tier technical talent. In this role, you’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong pipelines for high-impact roles across engineering, data science, product, and more. Your work will directly influence our ability to scale with quality and speed. This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who loves candidate research, values outreach personalization, and thrives in fast-paced, technical environments.
You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles. You will proactively identify, engage, and qualify passive technical talent through channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Twitter, niche forums, and events. You will craft compelling outreach messages that reflect our culture, values, and mission. You should manage and maintain candidate pipelines using our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) and keep a pulse on the competitive talent landscape and emerging trends.
