Position Summary:
- Owns Orca Bio’s relationships with domestic and international donor registries.
- Primary architect of our donor services program.
- Requires deep knowledge of the related and unrelated donor transplant ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full domestic and international registry partnership lifecycle.
- Track and monitor registry, donor center, and apheresis center performance against service levels.
- Serve as the single point of contact internally and externally for issue reporting and resolution.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of professional experience with 5 years of direct experience in hematopoietic cell transplantation, unrelated donor coordination, or cell therapy operations with direct PBSC workflow exposure.
- Direct experience working within a registry or donor center.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory and accreditation requirements.
