Summary:

  • Oversee the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems.
  • Lead the full payroll implementation process, ensuring accurate data transfer.
  • Collaborate with teams, guiding clients through setup and migration.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the onboarding team and clients to organize kick-off meetings and implement.
  • Support project review calls, coordinating and delivering on project streams.
  • Define and set up agreed client payroll processes, establishing data requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance.
  • Client-facing project management experience.
