Summary:
- Oversee the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems.
- Lead the full payroll implementation process, ensuring accurate data transfer.
- Collaborate with teams, guiding clients through setup and migration.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the onboarding team and clients to organize kick-off meetings and implement.
- Support project review calls, coordinating and delivering on project streams.
- Define and set up agreed client payroll processes, establishing data requirements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and operations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance.
- Client-facing project management experience.
