Job Description
As the Student Affairs Senior Associate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for students, providing guidance on academic schedules and personal and professional challenges. Responsibilities include coordinating with ALU Finance for tuition payment management, assisting with travel arrangements, and liaising with the ALU Student Life Counselor and Wellbeing team to ensure access to resources and referrals.
You will oversee the implementation and evaluation of student success programs, drive the delivery of student engagement events, and assess and enhance student support services. The role also involves advisory, compliance, and data management, including offering guidance on academic planning, serving as a liaison between students/alumni and the Registrar's Office, and maintaining accurate records for continuous service improvement.
You will also act as a point of contact for crisis intervention, provide support, and ensure adherence to institutional policies to maintain a safe learning environment.
