Role Overview:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in email deliverability, guiding clients to sending success.
- Manage multiple projects, from onboarding to ongoing optimization, with autonomy and ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Client Success, Strategy, and Support teams to exceed client expectations.
- Interpret high-level data and communicate insights to non-technical marketers and executives.
- Develop best practices, documentation, and content for both internal and client audiences.
About You:
- 3+ years in a deliverability-related role with strong knowledge of SMTP, authentication, and ISPs.
- Experience with MTA providers, onboarding new clients, and troubleshooting sending issues.
- High emotional intelligence, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in G Suite and BI tools.
