Group Software Product Manager

At Omnidian, technology is critical to the company's success, and Software Product Managers are vital to developing that technology. This is a player-coach role, combining hands-on product execution with management responsibilities; as a manager, you will lead a team of Software Product Managers. As an IC, you will lead a pod of cross-functional stakeholders in a specific area to drive the vision, execution, and scaling of our product offerings. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to research, design, develop, and launch software products, create product documentation, technology-enabled business processes, and prioritize product development. The company believe in trust and autonomy, so how you impact the company is up to you. You'll identify and mitigate risks, and remove roadblocks to efficient delivery of business value.
