Principal Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own the incentive system that moves therapist availability toward where clients need it, designed to be targeted, measurable, and reversible.
• Own the structure and clarity of the compensation model itself: what a therapist can predict about their earnings, and what the model rewards them for.
• Define what 'well supplied' means for a network like ours, and build the tools and features that close the gap.

Collaboration:

• Partner closely with matching, eligibility, member experience, therapist experience, and provider acquisition.
• Work cross-functionally with finance, clinical, legal, marketing, data science, and operations to get changes designed, approved, launched, and measured.

Impact:

• Analyze and quantify the impact of every change we make, then draw conclusions and plan next steps based on actual data.
• Participate in setting the strategy and long-term direction for the organization, both within and beyond the context of product.
• Own KPIs and be obsessed about them.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years experience in a product role with proven success, including owning pricing, incentives, payouts, or supply-side economics in a two-sided marketplace.
• Super analytical, with deep understanding of unit and business economics, and a track record of driving cross-functional decisions.
• Excellent written communication and ability to make quantitative arguments for executive audiences.
