We are looking for a Sales Development Leader to help architect a world-class outbound system that drives highly qualified pipeline. This is a critical hire—your work will directly accelerate our revenue growth, improve cross-functional alignment, and shape how TLDR engages with the most promising accounts in tech. The role involves building a scalable, intelligent outbound engine and coaching a high-performance team to run it. You’ll build systems, workflows, and feedback loops that improve performance over time, coach junior SDRs, refine our tech stack, and continuously optimize how we target and engage high-potential accounts.
