As a Sourcing Specialist, you will source new freight sales agents that meet our agent program requirements. You'll perform inbound and outbound lead generation activities to bring on new business, identify prospects, and develop qualified leads through cold calling, internet research, social media, and email campaigns.

This is a fully remote role, but you must be available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) or Mountain business hours. You will proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest and book qualified sales appointments. You will also qualify inbound and outbound leads for fit and readiness before handing off to Sales.
