Responsibilities:
- Lead the growth and strategic direction of WSP’s Corporate Development & M&A training practice
- Design and develop curriculum covering buy-side M&A processes and deal execution
- Partner with WSP client teams to design custom M&A and corporate strategy training programs
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in in-house Corporate Development or Buy-side M&A / Private Equity / Strategic Finance
- Strong experience leading or supporting end-to-end M&A transactions
- Deep understanding of deal sourcing and evaluation, financial modeling and valuation, transaction execution and diligence
